Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Members of the Company at the 41st Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday August 26 2026 have approved the declaration of a Final Dividend of Rs. 12.50/- (Rupees Twelve and Fifty Paise only) per Equity Share of face value Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31 2026.
