Ironwood Education: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from the end of quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
