The Board of Directors at their Meeting held on August 09 2024 had recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the company for approval of shareholders at the AGM scheduled to be held on Friday September 13 2024.The Company has fixed Friday September 06 2024 as the record date to determine the entitlement for dividend payment.
