Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, has recommendation of Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share, (30% on equity shares) subject to approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
Further, the dividend on equity shares, if declared by the members at the ensuing AGM of the Company, will be credited / dispatched to the members around September 11, 2017.
