We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has interalia:-
1. Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter /year ended March 31 2019 as recommended by the Audit Committee.
2. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board has proposed to the Shareholders for re-appointment of M/s Chaturvedi & Shah LLP (Firm Registration No. 101720W/ W-100355) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the twelfth Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the seventeenth Annual General Meeting.
3. The Board has approved appointment of Mr. Satyendra Jindal as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 04.00 P.M and concluded at 06:40 P.M.
