Pricol (Amalgamated): Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Pricol Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.

In accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from February 03, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
