Bhagyanagar Properties: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time read with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons (The Code) the trading window shall remain closed for persons covered under the said Code from 1st October 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022 will be intimated separately. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Companys website at www.bhagyanagarproperties.com.
