With reference to the above and pursuant to query raised by the exchange wherein it was observed that resignation letter of Mr. Paresh Thakker along with reason for delay in submitting the same within the prescribed timeline was not enclosed with the earlier coporate announcement 11th august 2026 we hereby submit the updated disclosure in respect of the resignation of Mr. Paresh Thakker along with his resignation letter and reason for delay in submission in respone of the aforesaid query raised by exchange.
