The resignation of Mr. S Ramasundaram as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has been taken on record by the Board of Directors Circular Resolution dated April 30, 2013.
Mr. Rabindra Kumar Samal has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from May 01, 2013 in place of Mr. S Ramasundaram. Further, Mr. Rabindra Kumar Samal has been designated as 'Compliance Officer' of the Company.
The appointment of Mr. Rabindra Kumar Samal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has approved by the Board of Directors Circular Resolution dated April 30, 2013.
