In reference to the captioned matter and your mail dated 28th September 2020 with the discrepancy mentioning as Resubmitted result PDF is Unsigned and 24th August 2020 with the discrepancy mentioning as Consolidated Financial Results (Quarter end) XBRL Grid Received but Result PDF not received please find enclosed herewith the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of our company as on 31st March 2020 correcting the discrepancy i.e. duly signed and including quarterly end figures. Further please note that the Audited Financial Results under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for quarter and year ended 31st March 2020 was duly filed on 19th September 2020 vide acknowledgement number 2087989 and 20th July 2020 vide acknowledgement number 1898377 respectively.
