Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of Infronics Systems Limited ("the Company") at its meeting today i.e. Tuesday August 11 2026 has considered and approved the appointment of M/s. R & A Associates Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.
