With reference to the above we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company has considered and approved the following matters:-1. Authorization of Mr. Naveen Ashok Galada Managing Director of the company to countersign the application for allotment of Director Identification number (DIN) (Form DIR-3) to be filed by Mr. Narayana Uppundanarasimha Maiya and Proposal to appoint Mr. Narayana Uppundanarasimha Maiya as Non-Executive Non Independent Director Subject to the approval of Reserve Bank Of India.
