Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III - Part A (D) this is to inform you that Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited (SYTL) subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Trust sponsored by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited on September 21 2022 has allotted INR denominated senior secured redeemable listed rated non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 391 Crores (Tranche 1) on a private placement basis to eligible investors. For this purpose SYTL has executed the debenture trust deed and other transaction documents.
