OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approval and take on record the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing / trading in securities of the company for the directors & other designated employees covered under the code shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 and reopen after expiry of forty eight (48) hours from the declaration of results.
