Liberty Phosphate Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is going to undertake the process of Postal Ballot for the purpose of seeking approval of members for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Liberty Phosphate Limited and Liberty Urvarak Limited with Coromandel International Limited. For this purpose, the Company has fixed December 13, 2013 as the cut-off date to ascertain the member?s eligibility for participating in the voting.
The Board has appointed Mr. Devesh A. Pathak, Practicing Company Secretaries, Vadodara, to act as the Scrutinizer for the purpose of Postal Ballot.
