Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Erstwhile incumbent Mr. Mithun Paul has resigned & left the services of the Company w.e.f 31/08/2015 and inspite of several efforts on the part of the Company, no suitable candidate found before January 2016 and finally Miss Shruti Poddar , a qualified Company secretary has been selected and appointed w.e.f 01/02/2016 & has been designated as a Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company.
