Further to our letter dated 27th June 2022 intimating about execution of Business Transfer Agreement for sale of Sugar and Distillery Units in Dhenkanal Orissa State to Indian Potash Limited Chennai we wish to inform that the above sale transaction is complete with the execution and registration of sale deed on 11.11.2022 with the concerned registering authority. This information is given pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
