Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Zuari Maroc Phosphates Private Limited (ZMPPL) has allotted 69 16 173 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each to the Company on 22nd December 2025 pursuant to the conversion of 69 16 173 compulsorily convertible preference shares of face value of Rs. 10 each held by the Company in ZMPPL.
