With reference to the above we wish to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 18th September 2025 to Thursday 25th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Thursday 25th September 2025.
