This is to inform you that the Company has agreed to acquire 5% of the paid-up share capital in Altstar Capital Management Private Limited ("ACMPL") a private limited company incorporated in India for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition) not exceeding INR 7 03 18 430 (Indian Rupees Seven Crores Three Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty) subject to completion of customary considerations mentioned in the Investment Agreement dated 5th December 2025 inter alia between the Company and ACMPL.
