With reference to the above subject this is to inform that the Company has completed dispatch of Annual Report containing inter alia Notice of the AGM to be held on 22nd August 2021 and audited financial statements for the FY 2020-21 to its shareholders by mail on 31.08.2021. A Public notice in this regard including book closure notice as required under the Companies Act and Listing Regulations 2015 has been published in the Newspapers on 02nd August 2021.
