With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 14, 2014, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting in respect of matter related to the winding up of the Company, Lloyds Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that the matter came up before the Honble High Court of Bombay on May 07, 2014, and on the basis of the Final Report filed by the Special Committee, the Honble High Court of Bombay was pleased to accept the report and has appointed Official Liquidator with immediate effect and the Special Committee and Managing Director have been discharged with immediate effect.
