I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Trans Freight Containers Limited maintained by Sharex Dynamic (India) Pvt. Ltd., pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the company for the period from 1st October, 2017 to 31st March, 2018 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate under Clause 40(9) & (10) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirements)Regulation, 2015 (Listing Regulations). I hereby certify that the Company has delivered during half year ended on 31st March, 2018.
A) The Company has not received any share certificate for transfer / transmission or any other purpose during the period from 1st October, 2017 to 31st March, 2018.
