Vertex Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2013, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. To allot 15,92,500 Equity Shares to Mr. Pravin Khatau.
2. The Board approves the re-appointment of Mr. Kumar Nair as Managing Director for a further period of five years, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
