In terms of the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 as amended the Company has fixed closed on business hours on Thursday the 10th day of December 2020 as the Cut-off date for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical or in dematerialised form who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the Thirty Ninth (39th) Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday the 17th day of December 2020.
