Bronze Infra-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will scheduled to be held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, to transect the following matters:
- To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2014.
Further, As per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for designated Employees, which include Directors and Officers from May 21, 2014. The Trading window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Companys Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges on May 31, 2014.
