Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, as per SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, 'Trading Window' shall be closed from October 30, 2015 to November 08, 2015 or up to 24 hrs. after conclusion of Board Meeting.
