This is with reference to an Article published in the e-Newspaper - The Hindu Business Line regarding "Rumours of merger with RJio draw traders to HFCL Stock" on 15th September, 2017 which was noticed by us today.
At the outset we would like to clarify that the rumour has no substance, and is completely false and baseless.
We strongly deny such types of speculations.
We unequivocally reiterate that there is no such corporate event/development as reported in the above Newspaper.
