This is to inform you that the 42nd AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday 30th September 2026 at 11.30 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) facility/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in this regard. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday 24th September 2026 to Wednesday 30th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and determining shareholders entitlement to the proposed dividend for the Financial Year 2025-2026 subject to shareholders approval at the aforesaid AGM. The Company has fixed Wednesday 23rd September 2026 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM or to attend the AGM.
