Earkart: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in listed equity shares (Listed Securities) of Earkart Limited (formerly known as Earkart Private Limited) (the Company) shall remain closed from Wednesday 01 April 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2026 for all the designated persons including their immediate relative(s) and the insiders of the Company.
