TCPL Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28 2021 inter alia has recommended a dividend of Rs 7.35 per equity share of Rs.10/- each which is equivalent to 20% of distributable profit. The dividend recommended is subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
