Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities will remain closed from 31st December 2022 for all Designated Persons of the Company. The closure is in connection with the finalization of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2022. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed.
