Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Friday October 09 2020 has inter-alia considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Rohan Mittal as a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from Friday October 09 2020. In addition to the Chief financial officer position he will continue to be the Chief Transformation Officer of the Company.
Further Mr. Peter H Jayakumar has stepped down today as the Chief Financial Officer and the Key Managerial Personnel on account of his superannuation after long standing service of over 23 years in the Company and effective from Friday October 09 2020. The Board of Directors put on record the appreciation for his dedicated & significant contribution in various capacities during his entire tenure in the Company.
