Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st April 2021 in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting in which the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31st March 2021 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately.
