Premier Capital Services: Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 3 2026 has appointed Mrs. Mansi Birla (Membership No. A65090) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 03 2026. Such appointment is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
