This is in continuation to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on September 18 2025 andRights Issue Committee Meeting held on October 3 2025 approving the offer and issue of fully paid equity sharesof the Company by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record datei.e October 10 2025 for an amount aggregating to Rs. 2381.36 Lakhs by way of a rights issue to the eligibleequity shareholders of the Company (Rights Issue) in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board ofIndia (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2018 as amended and other applicable lawsincluding circulars issued by SEBI from time to time ("Rights Issue").
