Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 15th October 2025 has inter-alia has approved / noted the following:-1. Appointment of Mr. Narayana Uppundanarasimha Maiya ( DIN : 11336048) as an Additional Non Executive - Non Independent Director with effect from October 15th 2025 till the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company subject to the Approval of Reserve Bank of India. The details relating to appointment of above Director as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 is enclosed as Annexure- A.
