Thermax Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) the trading window fordealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday July 1 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2023.
