Nimbus Foods Industries: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed Securities Nimbus Foods Industries Limited the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons from 1st October 2019 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2019 to the public.

The Board Meeting for approving the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2019 will be held on or before 14th November 2019. Accordingly all Directors/ Connected/Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
