JSW Ispat Special Products: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

This is with reference to our intimation dated 16.02.2022 with respect to Scheme of Arrangement of JSW Ispat Special Products Limited and Mivaan Steels Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.Further reference to our intimation dated 07.06.2023 informing about the Honble NCLT having passed the order sanctioning the Scheme on 18.05.2023 and copy of the said NCLT order was made available by NCLT on its website on 06.06.2023.It is now informed that pursuant to the receipt of the certified true copy of the aforesaid NCLT Order Form INC-28 has been filed today by the Company and the Transferee Company respectively with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai and accordingly the Scheme is effective.The Appointed Date of the Scheme as specified in the NCLT Order is close of business hours on 31.03.2022.
