In furtherance to our captioned letters in connection with acquisition of entire share capital of
Mosaic Media Ventures Private Limited (Mosaic) we wish to inform you that the Board of
Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 27th November 2020
has revised the terms of acquisition of Mosaic to the effect that the 100% of
paid-up share capital of Mosaic held by NWS Digital Asia PTE Limited and News Corporation (Sellers)
will now be acquired by the Company at a consideration of upto Rs. 6 Crore post working capital adjustment.
