The Board has recommended the appointment of Sri.R.Dhanasekaran Practising Company Secretary (Membership No F7070 Peer Review 6739/2025) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years from 1.4.2025 to 31.3.2030 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting.
