1. To Confirm the Appointment of the Auditors and to fix their remuneration for the next financial years i.e. 2014-15.
2. To appoint Mr. Kishorkumar P. Bhatt as Managing Director of the Company.
3. To take note of Minutes of the Stakeholder Relation Committee.
4. To take note of Register of Contracts & Related Party Transaction if any.
5. To Review of Business Operation.
6. To appoint Secretarial Auditor as per section 204(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the financial year 2014-2015.
