With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Mr. Piyush Kumar an Associate member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) is appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 04th March 2020.
Further in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Mr. Piyush Kumar has designated as Compliance officer of the Company.
