Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from Thursday June 30 2022 for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results.
