It is hereby informed that the RoC - NCT of Delhi & Haryana has issued an order vide No. ROC/Delhi/AGM Ext./2020/11538 dated 08.09.2020 wherein the time to hold the AGM for the financial year ended on 31.03.2020 has been extended for a period of three months i.e. upto 31.12.2020.
In view of the above-mentioned order issued by the RoC the Company shall convene its AGM for the financial year 2019-20 within such extended timeline and the date of AGM shall be intimated in due course of time.
