KGN Enterprises: Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir
With regard to the captioned subject we would like to inform you that in accordance with the code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday 08th February 2019 to Saturday 16th February 2019 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the Company due to consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2018 in the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday 14th February 2019.
