1. Appointment of M/s. G. L. Singhal & Co., Chartered Accountants for Internal Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2015-16 (Year Ended March 31, 2016).
2. Appointment of M/s. Sushil Tiwari & Associates, Companies Secretaries, for Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2015-16 (Year Ended March 31, 2016).
3. Appointment of M/s. K. Majumdar & Associates, Cost Accountants, for Cost Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2015-16 (Year Ended March 31, 2016).
