The Company has redeemed 100 unlisted unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 1 00 000/- each aggregating to Rs 1 00 00 000 /- (Rupees One Crore Only) on March 16 2026. The principal along with the applicable interest has been duly paid to the NCD holder through RTGS on the same date.
