Hind Rectifiers Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. A. K. Nimani, Chief Financial Officer of the Company tender his resignation from the services of the Company. Mr. A. K. Nimanis resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors and he will be relieved from his services w.e.f. the close of the working hours on February 10, 2016.
